4. Sensor Wiring Guide

Connect 5 float or SS rod sensors as follows:

G1    Overhead Tank Low Level (Motor ON)
R    Reference Voltage Sensor (Ground Sensor)
G    Sump Tank Bottom Sensor (Dry Run)
B    Sump Tank High Sensor (Motor Start Permission)



5. Operating Instructions



Automatic Mode:

    Toggle switch to AUTO.

    Motor turns ON when overhead tank reaches low level (G1) and sump has sufficient water (G present, B not triggered).

    Motor turns OFF when tank is full (B1 activated).

    If G is active (dry run), the system stops motor and retries after delay.

Manual Mode:

    Toggle switch to MANUAL.

    Press START button to run the motor.

    Press STOP/RESET to stop motor anytime.

    Dry run, voltage, and overload protections remain active in both modes.

6. Protections

Single Phasing    Detects and prevents running on two phases
Overload    Stops motor during overcurrent condition
Dry Run    Stops motor if sump is empty
