Working Description



1. Sensors Configuration

        6 sensors total

        3 for Overhead Tank → G1 (Low), B1 (High), R1 (Common)

        3 for Underground Tank → G (Dry Run), B (High), R (Common)

       The common sensors (R & R1) go at the bottom of their respective tanks.

       G/G1 = Low level sensor (Motor ON)

       B/B1 = High level sensor (Motor OFF)

      G Sensor in Sump = Dry run detection

    Note: Distance between G and B in sump should not exceed 1 ft.

2. Wiring Instructions

    Power Input: 230V AC (Phase & Neutral) to the input terminals

    Power Output: Connect motor’s phase & neutral to output terminals

    Sensor Wiring: Use 1 mm 3-core cable, ensure sensors are mounted steadily (not floating)

  ➕ Only Overhead Tank?

If using only overhead tank:

    Short R, G, B sensors of the sump in the panel (link them using a wire)

    G and B LEDs will glow permanently, simulating full sump condition

 Controller Settings

     Auto Setting Mode

    Start motor in manual mode

    Press [SET] button for 3–5 seconds until "SET" appears

    Device auto-detects motor parameters (overload & dry run current)

     Manual Setting Mode

    Recommended only if auto setting fails or incorrect

Parameter    Description    Example


OC    Overload Current – Set 30–40% above motor current    If motor = 5A → Set OC ~ 7A
UC    Under Current (Dry Run) – Set 20–30% below motor current    If motor = 5A → Set UC ~ 3.5A
OV    Over Voltage Cut-Off    e.g., 280V
UV    Under Voltage Cut-Off    e.g., 170V
RST    Error Reset Time (in minutes)    e.g., 5 mins = Auto-reset after 5 mins

 Setting Procedure (Manual)

    Turn off motor

    Press [SET] once → OC appears

    Use [UP] / [DOWN] to set OC

    Press [START] → Next setting: UC

    Repeat for UC, OV, UV, RST

    After all settings, wait 3 seconds to auto-exit programming
