Product Description

The IT80WLC is a Fully Automatic Water Level Controller designed specifically for single overhead tank systems. It automates motor control based on water levels using three stainless steel sensors:

• G1 – Low Level Sensor

• B1 – High Level Sensor

• R1 – Reference Sensor (Ground/Common)

This device ensures overflow protection and automates motor operation without the need for manual intervention. It includes a 15A relay that supports up to 2 HP motors (do not use with push-button-type borewell starters).

Operating Instructions

1. Sensor Placement (in Overhead Tank):

   • R1 – At the tank bottom (reference)

   • G1 – Just above the R1 (Low Level)

   • B1 – Near the top of the tank (High Level)

2. Switch Modes (3-way toggle switch):

   •  UP = AUTO Mode
     → Motor turns ON when water goes below G1
     → Motor turns OFF when water reaches B1

   •  CENTER = OFF Mode
     → Motor remains OFF
     → Water level indicators still functional

   •  DOWN = MANUAL Mode (Bypass)
     → Motor remains ON regardless of sensor input
     → Water level LEDs remain active

3. Water level monitoring:

   • LED indicators show current tank status in all 3 modes

   • LED display only turns off if main power is OFF
