Fully Automatic Water Level Controller For Government / Municipal Supply
Package Contents - 1 × Water Level Controller Unit - 3 × SS/Carbon Sensors (G1, R1, B1 for Overhead Tank) - 1 × Inline Water Sensor - 1 × User Manual Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |----------------------------|----------------------------------------| | Input Voltage | AC 230V | | Output Voltage | AC 230V (Motor Line) | | Frequency | 50Hz | | Motor Capacity | Up to 2 HP | | Supported Motor Starter | Direct On/Off Only | | Not Supported | Multi Capacitor / Push Button Starter | | Dry Run OFF Timer | 1 Minute (if no water, motor shuts off)| | Motor Sleep Timer | 40 Seconds (after tank full) | Functional Description This controller is designed for fully automatic overhead tank filling using municipal water supply. It features an inline water sensor, overhead tank level sensors, dry run protection, and a 40-second sleep delay after tank full. Terminals and Connections - G and R → Connect to inline sensor (NOT common) - R and R1 → Common Sensor Line (Overhead Tank) - G1 → Low Level (Motor ON Trigger) - B1 → High Level (Motor OFF Trigger) - Power Input Terminal → AC 230V (Phase & Neutral) - Power Output Terminal → Motor (Phase & Neutral) Installation Instructions 1. Inline Sensor Setup: - Connect one wire of inline sensor to terminal G - Connect the other wire to terminal R - The G LED indicates inline water status: • ON = Water Flowing (sensor touched) • OFF = No Water Flow (sensor not touched) - As soon as water touches the sensor, motor turns ON. - If water does not continue touching the sensor for 1 minute, motor turns OFF (dry run protection). 2. Overhead Tank Sensor Setup: - R1 – Bottom of tank (connect to R – common) - G1 – Low Level sensor (Motor ON trigger) - B1 – High Level sensor (Motor OFF trigger) 3. Electrical Wiring: - Connect 230V AC Phase & Neutral to INPUT terminals - Connect Motor wires to OUTPUT terminals ⚠ Use only Direct ON/OFF motors. ⚠ Do not use multi-capacitor or push button starters. Working Logic - Water detected at inline sensor → Motor turns ON - If inline sensor not touched continuously for 1 min → Motor turns OFF (dry run) - Tank Full (B1 sensor) → Motor turns OFF - After tank full, a 40-second sleep timer activates. During this time, motor won't restart even if inline sensor detects water again (prevents backflow re-triggering) - Tank Low (G1 sensor) → Motor restarts on next water detection Optional: Use Without Underground Tank - If no underground tank, short terminals G, B, and R inside the controller panel (simulate full sump) - G and B LEDs will stay ON permanently Installation Notes - Secure all sensors firmly; do not allow floating - Use 1mm 3-core copper wire for sensor connections - Inline sensor should be placed where flow is detectable Safety Tips - Disconnect power before servicing or installation - Only certified electricians should perform installationModel: IT54WLCW
