2. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The IT54WLCW is a Wi-Fi enabled fully automatic water level controller designed for
domestic and industrial applications. It monitors both underground and overhead tanks
and controls the motor automatically to prevent overflow and dry run. The unit supports
three control modes (Automatic, Semi-Automatic, Manual) and integrates with the
Smart Life mobile app for monitoring and scheduling motor operation.

5. WIRING & INSTALLATION
1. Mount the controller near your motor or distribution panel on a flat, dry surface.
2. Connect Input Terminals (P, N) to 230V AC power supply using MCB.
3. Connect Output Terminals (P, N) to motor input or MCB type starter panel.
(Do not use with push-button or multi-capacitor starter panels.)
4. Install 6 stainless steel probe sensors inside tanks:
- Underground Tank (3 sensors):
• G – Low Level
• B – High Level
• R – Reference (bottom)
- Overhead Tank (3 sensors):
• G1 – Low Level (Start motor)
• B1 – Full Level (Stop motor)
5. Use proper 3-core cable to connect probes to controller terminals (G, B, R, G1, B1).
6. Ensure tight and insulated wiring connections.

6.OPERATION
The IT54WLCW supports three operating modes along with mobile app integration.
Automatic Mode
- Motor starts automatically when overhead tank is empty (G1 probe exposed)
and underground tank has water (G & B probe active).
- Motor stops automatically when overhead tank is full (G1 & B1 probe submerged).
Semi-Automatic Mode
- User must start the motor manually using the Green Push Button or Mobile App.
- Motor will stop automatically when overhead tank is full (B1 probe submerged).
Manual Mode
- Motor can be manually turned ON or OFF using the Green Push Button or Mobile App.
- No automatic stop function. User must stop the motor manually to prevent overflow.
Mobile App Control
- This device works with the Smart Life App (Android/iOS).
- To configure Wi-Fi, press and hold the Green Push Button for 5 seconds.
The Blue LED will blink rapidly indicating Wi-Fi configuration mode.
- Stable Blue LED = Wi-Fi connected successfully,
OFF Blue LED = Wi-Fi Not connected .
- In the app, you can:
• Monitor overhead and underground tank levels in real-time.
• Check motor ON/OFF status.
• Switch between Automatic, Semi-Auto, and Manual modes.
• Set ON/OFF schedule timers for the motor & Buzzer On Off Button.
- Alexa/Google Home Integration For Motor :
• Link Smart Life account to Alexa/Google Home.

8. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Only use with MCB type starter panel or direct motor connection.
- Do NOT connect with push button or multi-capacitor starter panels.
- Ensure sensors are properly dipped in water for accurate detection.
- Use proper gauge wires for motor and sensor wiring.
- Keep sensor and power wires separate to avoid interference.
