The IT480WLC is a fully automatic water level controller with built-in water level indicator functionality. It is designed for single overhead tanks and operates in three modes using a 3-way rocker switch.
Motor automatically turns ON when water level falls below 25% (Low-Level Sensor).
Motor automatically turns OFF when water level reaches 100% (High-Level Sensor).
All 4 level indicators remain functional.
Motor remains OFF regardless of water level.
Water level indicators continue to display tank levels.
Motor remains ON continuously, regardless of sensor inputs.
LED water level indicators remain active.
Used when you want to manually fill the tank.
Supported: Direct ON/OFF via switch or MCB, electronic starters
Not Supported: Push-button starter panels
25% – Low Level
50% – Mid Level
75% – High-Mid Level
100% – Tank Full (Triggers Auto-OFF in Auto mode)

This model is only for overhead tanks and does not support dry run protection.
Ensure proper wiring of the reference sensor (G) for accurate sensing.
Sensor tips must be clean and submerged properly.
Use only MCB or switch-based motor starters, not push-button-based.
