USER MANUAL
Product Name: Automatic Water Level Indicator (6 Level) with Tank Full Buzzer
- AUTOMATIC WATER LEVEL INDICATOR (6 LEVEL) WITH BUZZER - MODEL NO: IT76WLI WITH USER MANUAL - SEVEN NOS SS SENSOR FOR TANK
This water level indicator provides a simple, clear LED display of water levels in an overhead tank. It shows 6 stages of water: 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, using six RED LEDs. A GREEN LED indicates power ON. When the tank is full (100%), a buzzer will sound, provided the buzzer switch is ON. The buzzer switch is a two-way rocker: - UP Position: Buzzer ON Mode (enabled) - DOWN Position: Buzzer OFF Mode (disabled) To stop the buzzer after the tank is full, manually press the switch to the DOWN position. Later, switch it UP again to reactivate buzzer mode for the next cycle. This model is a pure indicator; it does not control any pump or motor. If you want automation, a separate water level controller is required.

Important: The G (ground) probe is compulsory. If G is not connected, no sensor will work. You may leave out intermediate level probes (like 20% or 40%) if wiring is limited, but G must always be connected.
- Use stainless steel or copper rods as probes. - Fit probes inside the tank at respective height levels. - Ensure G probe touches the bottom-most part of the tank. - Use a 7-core 0.5 mm² copper wire for sensor wiring, preferably shielded.
1. When power is ON, the green LED glows. 2. As water level rises, corresponding red LEDs light up: - At 10% → 1st LED glows - At 20% → 2nd LED glows, and so on 3. When water reaches 100%, the buzzer will sound only if the switch is in UP (ON) position. 4. To stop the buzzer, move the switch to DOWN (OFF) position manually. 5. To enable buzzer again for the next cycle, move the switch UP again. 6. This device does not control motors. It is for indication only.
- Install the device in a dry area away from water contact. - Use proper casing for sensor cables. - Ensure correct 230V AC input connection with safety. - Avoid using damaged or oxidized probe materials. - Keep buzzer switch in OFF position when not needed.
